ACCIDENT GUIDE – GUIA PRÁTICO EM CASO DE ACIDENTES

No one plans on having an accident, we actually do our very best trying to avoid them. Truth to be told is that accidents do happen and this is one of the reasons why we have auto insurance. Whether your are found at fault or not at fault in an accident there are basic steps to follow in order for you to get the best protection in this unpleasant situation.

1)      Notify the Police  immediately

2)      DO NOT admit fault, and DO NOT discuss your accident with anyone except  your agent or the police

3)      Exchange the information on the  picture below

4)      Report accidents to your Insurance Agent  promptly

Niguém planeja ter um acidente de carro, muito pelo contrário nós nos esforçamos ao máximo para evitá-los. Mas a verdade é que acidentes acontecem e, eles são um dos motivos que nos leva a fazer um seguro de carro. Independente de quem tenha causado o acidente e quem é que tem a culpa no cartório, existem passos básicos a serem seguidos para garantir a sua máxima proteção nessa situação desagradável.

1)      Nitifique a polícia

2)      Não admita culpa em hipótese nenhuma e não converse sobre detalhes do acidente com niguém exceto seu agente de seguros ou a polícia

3)      Troque informações com o/s outro/s motoristas. Veja na figura abaixo

4)      Informe seu agente de seguros sobre o acidente o mais rápido possível
